To the team at Jet Park
Thank you for the wonderful welcome shown to the Paralympics New Zealand athletes and team staff at our recent team camp. The camp was the first gathering of the full New Zealand team prior to their departure for Europe and the UK for the London 2012 Paralympic Games.
The New Zealand team was made so welcome at the Jet Park Hotel, and nothing was too much trouble for the Jet Park staff – from moving furniture to allow more room for wheelchairs, assisting with bags and bikes, and arranging the airport transfers and the amazing meals!
Comments from athletes and team support staff were very positive “just like home” and “better than home” and “the best food ever” were repeatedly used.
Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. Without you our Camp would not have been so successful!

Modern accommodation handy to airport with complimentary shuttle service on demand. Stayed in an Executive Suite with excellent furnishings and good facilities. Reception very responsive and willing to please. Used conference facilities for one week and found the catering and general services to be of an excellent standard. Hotel also offers complimentary secure parking for 14 days for guests who stay a minimum of x1 night.

Thanks for the effort to run two conferences, one on the 19th and one 20th May. All went well. A special word to the young India boy who looked after catering etc. WELL DONE, HE WAS A BIG HELP. The training was around providing outstanding customer service to our guests on board, and I feel that the way your staff interacted with our participants and myself was certainly above and beyond what we had expected. A wonderful example of outstanding customer service. All staff were wonderfully polite, friendly and helpful, and did what they could to accommodate our requests - even when we changed them slightly at the last minute… Many thanks!
