COVID-19 (CORONA VIRUS) UPDATE
Kia ora to all our guests and customers.
We’d like to personally update you on behalf of Jet Park Hotels on what we are doing to prioritise your health and safety when you stay or conference with us at our Auckland, Hamilton and Rotorua hotels and conference centres.
We have put in place a comprehensive cleaning and sanitising plan for our hotels to ensure they're cleaned more frequently and with extra care. The same applies to our conference centres and restaurants.
Like other businesses tackling this issue, we're being guided by the Ministry of Health, which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures we can take.
We're are equally committed to ensuring the health of our Jet Park team members and we regularly provide the latest guidance and information so they can keep themselves and their families safe.
As circumstances continue to develop, one thing will remain the same: We will make our decisions with the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, team members and communities as our highest priority.

A multi-million dollar top-to-toe makeover of the Hamilton Airport Hotel will deliver a destination restaurant plus 4-star conference and accommodation facilities for the region. The revamped 62-room hotel will be complete by Christmas 2019 under the management of family-owned Jet Park Hotel Hamilton Limited from May 2019. Ownership of the hotel will remain with Waikato Regional Airport Limited (WRAL). WRAL purchased the hotel in January 2018 as part of its strategy to grow non-aeronautical revenue streams.

Jet Park Hotel near Auckland Airport is delighted to announce that it is expanding and will open a hotel in Rotorua in early November 2015. This is a very exciting, and long-awaited opportunity for Jet Park Hotel and comes just months before the opening of a new conference centre and 60 guest rooms in Auckland. The new hotel is a long-term management contract of what is currently the Quality Inn Rotorua, situated at 237 Fenton Street. The hotel has 63 spacious rooms and will be re-branded and brought to a 4-star standard, including a complete refurbishment, an outstanding service offering, and all the best little extras that Jet Park Hotel is well known for.
