Reception & Porters service
Our reception and porter’s desks are manned 24-hours and our friendly staff are ready to help you with any queries, arrangements, or concerns you might have while staying with us.
We aim to make your experience here one that exceeds your expectations- whether it is with in rooms, whilst dining, relaxing in our lounge bar, conferencing, or making your way to/from the airport. We hope that in the midst of your travels to/from Auckland Airport you’ll leave us feeling refreshed and well taken care of- and we certainly hope you’ll be back time and time again to experience more of your “Auckland Airport Residence.”
