Family Suites to take care of your family's needs


Now offering tailor-made Family Suites, catering for mum and dad, plus up to 2 kids in a two-room interconnecting suite. These Suites feature kid friendly linen and cushions, toy box with age appropriate toys, kid's TV channel, permanent baby bath and extra towels, and of course, cots are free of charge. Parents get to enjoy the privacy of their own luxurious room, with a separate dining/lounge area and kitchenette.

Along with an indoor play area, library, outdoor spa, and swimming pool, family all day dine options at Te Puru Cafe, excellent facilities and guest services; we know you will enjoy Jet Park Hotel Rotorua as the perfect base to explore Rotorua's attractions.

If you have a larger group to accommodate our Family Suites interconnect with a Standard Double Room.  Alternatively, if you don't have a large family, you may wish to consider our Superior Twin Rooms.

Family Dine Options


Te Puru Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily and is located beside the hotel lobby. We look forward to offering your family an exceptional dining experience, whether you want to order room service, sit down and relax in our café for a delicious family meal, or beverage. Because we understand how disruptive travel with family can be to your normal routine, we offer an All Day dining menu - the choice is entirely up to you. Children are welcome and are catered for at half the price for half the portion on each item of our All-Day menu.
