Best Rate Guarantee Terms and Conditions
Jet Park Hotels Best rate guarantee offer is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The competing rate claim must be within 24 hours of confirming your booking with Jet Park Hotels directly, via our website on jetpark.co.nz.
- The competing rate from another internet source must be a publicly available rate (not a membership discounted, offer or sale for example Genius Members/Booking.com).
- Competing nightly rate must be in NZ$ and lower than the rate on jetpark.co.nz.
- It must be a room only rate per night and available/viewable to book & instant confirmation immediately.
- It must be for the same Hotel, same stay date(s), room type, same length of stay, same number of guests, and same deposit/cancellation policy.
- For multiple night stay, the Best Rate Guarantee will be compare based on the total stay cost.
- This policy does not apply to the following:
- Rates that are not publicly available, such as negotiated rates with corporations, travel agencies, groups, associations, or other rates that are specifically agreed upon by Jet Park Hotels.
- Not valid for Package rates including the room and other components such as airport transfer, car storage, parking, and meals.
- Conference rate/booking link/code or group add-on rates for extended stay.
- Rates that are available on opaque or auction websites that do not disclose hotel name until the reservation is completed, for example Hotwire, Trip.com, Zenhotels.com, Grabone)
- Rates that are available on flash sales/limited lime offer on websites (for example “Deal of the day sale” on Booking.com & Expedia.com)
- Rates that are lower than direct rates due to the application of a cashback or coupon/discount applied by the website directly (for example Agoda.com coupon discount).
- You must provide your Jet Park reservation confirmation number when making a claim.
- If you are successful in your claim, Jet Park Hotels are not responsible for any fees incurred due to your cancellation of your exiting reservation.
- Jet Park Hotels has the right and determine the validity of any claim, and our decision is final.
