Cleaning & Sanitising Plan

  • Shared Areas (Reception, Restaurant and Hotel Facilities)

There is regular cleaning and sanitization of frequently touched surfaces and high-traffic areas using hospital-grade disinfectants. Thorough cleaning of areas in between service. There is also a drop bowl at reception for used key cards and pens to be returned so they can be sanitised between using again.

  • Guest Rooms

Your safety and comfort are our highest priority, so, we have enhanced our cleaning procedures and ensure that rooms are cleaned thoroughly to give you that peace of mind, helping you unwind and relax after your day’s adventure. We are minimizing the number of times our hotel team enter your room.

  • Back of House Areas

Food preparation areas are cleaned and sanitised thoroughly, whilst adhering to the highest standard of food safety preparation. Staff uniforms are laundered daily.

  • Hand hygiene

We have placed hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the hotel - at the reception, restaurant and employee areas to remind everyone of the importance of maintaining good hand hygiene.

  • Food safety protocols

We follow all food safety protocols including frequently disinfecting kitchen surfaces. We only offer an A la carte menu for lunch and dinner, and if Alert Level changes, we suspend the buffet breakfast to a packed one.

  • Air quality

To promote safe air quality, our team has increased the frequency of cleaning air unit components and replacing air filters. We also have individual air conditioning units, which provides better air circulation and is more safer than having centralised units.


Safe Stay

  • Surveillance

Located in key public areas, there are closed-circuits surveillance cameras which record movements and act as a deterrent in preventing possible incidents. The footage is only available to key personnel with a password for log-in to prevent misuse.

  • In-room safes

A combination safe is available for your use and can be set-up with your own unique pin number.There is also a larger safe available at reception if needed.

  • Electronic locks

Access to guest rooms is via a special encoded key card which is cut every time a new guest checks into the hotel for a set number of days. This therefore prevents old guests from gaining access to your room once they have departed. After hours, all doors get locked and can only be accessed with an active hotel key card, making it secured against non-guest access.

  • Reception area

Reception is manned 24 hours a day, to provide a level of security at the hotel so you can rest easy knowing that there is someone close by if needed.
